Link Personnel have been given instruction from our client, a Leading Irish, Plumbing & Heating Supplies Company, re a vacancy for a Sales Administrator.  For this position, they are looking for a candidate with previous experience plumbing and heating products experience. This role is focused on providing support to their existing customers with technical advice and design assistance.

Salary: DOE

The Role: 

• Complete sales order processing and quotation preparation.
• Maintain and build on relationships with their customers, promoting their new and existing product ranges.
• Attend industry Trade Shows and marketing events on behalf of the company.
• Design system plans for heating and hot water systems.
• Process and track orders for customers from the order date until delivery and offering after sales support if required.
• Work alongside the sales and technical team in order to achieve the sales targets.

The Candidate:

• 1-2 years’ previous working experience within plumbing or heating is required.
• Qualified plumber is a plus.
• Strong experience designing underfloor heating systems is a bonus.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and EN standards.
• Strong Excel Skills
• Proactive & confident communicator
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Energetic & Self Motivated
• Team Player with a can-do attitude
