Salary :  €26,637

The Role:

• Meeting and greeting, being the first point of contact when members or visitors enter the premises.
• Answering all incoming calls and forwarding on to the appropriate people or departments
• Checking voicemail and email for messages to be forwarded on to the appropriate people or departments
• Liaising with DX, the independent specialised delivery service, located in the premises, to co-ordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Liaising with staff and departments to ensure the effective delivery of services to members
• Co-ordinating meeting room bookings and teleconferencing
• Ordering office supplies
• Post/parcel and package handling • Withdrawal and re-instatement of telephone and voicemail services
• Key Management
• Operate a Lost and Found where appropriate
• Car Park management
• Knowledge of Fire Alarm, Intruder alarms and CCTV.
• Building fault logs
• Maintain logs of visitors to the building for Fire Regulation purposes
• General Administrative duties.
