Our Client, within the Legal Sector, is based in Dublin 7. They currently have a vacancy for a Receptionist with excellent Customer Service and Administration experience. This is a permanent position with attractive salary, excellent benefits and Condensed Summer working hours.
This is a client facing role. The individual will be the first point of contact within the organisation, ensuring that the clients’ needs are met and that they are dealt with in a professional and positive manner. Exceptional customer service skills are required.
Identify the client’s expectations and provide exceptional customer service from initial room booking query to completion of event.
Support the running of all events, ensuring that the set-up is as per the customers’ requirements and that all ancillary services requested are in place.
Support the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations as required
Sales Support
Proactively support business growth in order to achieve monthly room booking sales targets.
Record leads and sales activities in CRM/ Hotsoft booking system.
Assist with reporting on room booking sales activity as required.
General Facilities & Administration Support.
Room set up and rectification post event, liaising with the Estates Team as required.
Administration support on client invoicing and credit control activities.
Work in accordance with the agreed Health and Safety policy and to support the meeting of H&S and Fire Safety standards in accordance with agreed protocol.
Ensure adequate provision of supplies including tea/coffee, stationery etc
The Candidate:
2 years’ experience in a Front of House or similar client facing role is essential.
Proven experience using Microsoft Office suite.
Robust knowledge of room booking systems and/or CRM.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, welcoming and professional manner.
Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
Problem solver, solutions orientated with ability to anticipate client needs.
Dependable, organised, calm under pressure with ability to prioritise.
Team player with ability to work on own initiative.
