Our Client, a Global leader in the Logistics Industry has instructed us to recruit a Query Handling Specialist to join their busy Finance team. This is a 12-month contract role and would be reporting to the Customer Accounting Manager.

Salary: DOE


  • To manage any customer queries and ensure the are logged and maintained.
  • Provide first time resolution to queries.
  • Ensure all queries are resolved within a timely manner.
  • Any queries that cannot be resolved should be then escalated to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain close working relationships with all departments to allow for early identification of issues in relation to customer resolutions.
  • Providing a high level of customer care.


  • 1-2 years’ experience working within a Finance department.
  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong MS skills, particularly excel.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and very organised.
