Our client, a large Dublin based Construction firm, has instructed us to source a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.  The successful candidate should have 4-5 years main contracting experience.  This is a project based role based on site within the Greater Dublin area and duties will include Budget Production and forecasting on all projects in a timely manner as well as negotiating best prices with suppliers and sub-contractors.

The Candidate :

• Relevant 3rd Level Qualification.
• 4 yrs+ experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office to include:  Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft Project.
• High level of numeracy.
• Excellent organisational skills
• Budget management experience and demonstrable attention to detail
• Strong team player
• Current drivers licence
