We have been instructed by our client, a Professional Services Firm in Dublin 2, to source a Qualified Accountant to join their team on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will lead a central project, liaising with Senior Management in the Firm and carrying out a gap and needs analysis in relation to the firm’s accounting practices. The Role: 

• To develop and configure business processes and data structures.
• Assist colleagues in order to understand their business needs and requirements.
• Strong ability to be able to develop a detailed understanding of the firms’ processes within a short period of time.
• To create across the business functions of the firm process documentation and workflows on review of each internal process.
• Assist in facilitating the process workflow modelling in order to collaborate on process improvements.
• To highlight any areas in which can be improved or increased efficiencies to the attention of management.

The Candidate:

• Qualified Accountant with 2-3 years’ experience is desirable
• Experience in a financial operations role is desirable;
• Flexible and adaptable to business and department needs;
• Strong project management skills.
• Proven track record of working under tight deadlines;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills;
• Team Player;
