Our Client, a Global leader in the Logistics Industry has instructed us to recruit a Payroll Operator to join their busy team. This role would be assisting the payroll team with running the end to end fortnightly and monthly payroll processes.

Salary: 30K+DOE

Duties:

  • Manage the payroll process including; collation of salaries, allowances, taxes, company payment and deductions etc.
  • Ensure all documented procedures and statutory requirements are adhered to.
  • Liaise with managers to ensure the accurate flow of information across all departments.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on all matters and the broader business environment.
  • Manage and escalate of any payroll system technical issues through to timely resolution.
  • Provide good communication to employee requests and queries and escalate when appropriate.
  • Upload the Payroll data to Revenue via ROS.
  • Ad-hoc duties as needed.

Experience:

  • IPASS Certification is essential
  • 1 years+ payroll experience
  • Core HR system experience an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong MS skills, particularly excel.
  • Ability to work with deadlines and very organised.
