Link Personnel have been instructed by our clients, an International Law Firm in Dublin, on a Part-time Receptionist Vacancy.  This is a permanent position and will suit candidates who enjoy a varied and busy role and being an Ambassador for this Professional Firm.

Salary :  to €32K

Benefits:  Pension, Healthcare, Bike to work Scheme, Travel Saver Pass

Hours:  2.00pm to 6.30pm Monday to Friday

The Role:  

  • Meeting and greeting clients in a warm and friendly manner, organising tea/coffee where needed
  • Managing faxes and emails
  • Arranging boardroom meetings
  • Managing meeting calendars as well as booking meetings
  • Arranging taxi’s for partners, solicitors and clients
  • Sorting and distributing post
  • Assistance with video conferencing and other meeting requirements
  • Allocating car spaces
  • Ensuring that reception and your working space is neat and tidy at all times
  • Ad hoc administration duties where assistance is required

The Candidate: 

  • Experience working as a receptionist within professional services is essential
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Highly efficient and self-motivated
  • The capacity to work under pressure
  • Proactive and using their own initiative
  • The ability to prioritize their workload
  • Must be flexible where business needs are required
  • Outstanding communication skills
