Link Personnel have been instructed on a Legal Secretary vacancy by our client,  a very busy litigation practice based in Dublin 1.  The Firm can consider either Part Time or Full Time candidates. As part of  continuing growth, they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to work as part of a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in plaintiff litigation. The role will involve supporting one of the senior solicitors.  For more info Call Orla on 01 8456312

Salary:  to €50K pro-rated

Based In Office, 25 Day Annual Leave.

The Role: 

• Providing secretarial support and assistance.
• Dictaphone typing.
• Producing legal documents.
• Manage filing and archiving.
• Liaising with clients on instruction of solicitors.
• Other general administration duties as require

The Candidate:

• 5 years plus experience in a legal secretarial role.
• A high level of computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office, particularly Outlook and Word.
• Experience with a case management system (experience with Keyhouse would be of advantage).
• Fast accurate typing skills, a minimum of 60 wpm is required.
• Ability to prioritise and organise workload.
• Ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A good work ethic and a willingness to learn
