Part-Time HR Manager

Our Client a Pharma Specialist Firm are hiring a HR Manager to join them on a part-time basis. The chosen candidate would work with the support of their admin to manage the HR function in the company.

Initially this role will require a month on site to review and become familiar with their system. From then on, it would be an ongoing 2 day per week role.

Salary :  DOE

The Role: 

  • Manage all of the recruitment processes
  • Look after all of the review and appraisal processes
  • Contract management
  • Produce job descriptions
  • Manage the HR filing system
  • Resolve and manage any HR issues

The Candidate: 

  • Previous Senior HR experience
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Attention to detail, High service orientation
  • Ability to prioritize and manage own time and tasks
  • Good communication skills (written and verbally); capability to point out issues and provide potential options for solution in the area of expertise.
