Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities will include the following:

• Taking instructions from Solicitors.
• Liaising with the client’s or 3^rd party Solicitors in relation to queries.
• Attending court as required.
• Carry out legal research on cases as assigned.
• Assist in the preparation and collation of briefs
• Liaise with clients as required by the supervising Solicitor.
• Provide support for all administration tasks as required, including photocopying, filing of documents, dictations.
• General handling of files post completion.
• Releasing title documents and scheduling title documents.
• Staff may be requested to carry out such reasonable tasks as may from time to time occur

REQUIREMENTS

• 6-12 month’s experience within a legal environment
• Experience in litigation a PLUS
• Strong MS Office skills
• Ability to work well on a project team
