Link Personnel have been instructed by our Client, a leading Consultancy in Dublin 2, on an Office Manager vacancy.  If you are someone who enjoys working as part of a team and enjoys variety within a position then this could be the role for you. This role will look after their office management, Marketing, Event management, Internal Comms as well as CSR.

Salary :  to €50K 

Benefits:  24 days Annual Leave, Bonus, hybrid working. 

Duties: 

  • Facilities management, general IT support via their external IT support provider.
  • Managing the admin needs of the office with assistance from the office coordinator.
  • Assistance with in-person client events, webinars.
  • Management of communications, social media and their client database management.
  • Brand Marketing-including merchandising and advertising.
  • Organsing internal meetings and events, maintaining the office calendar and internal communications.
  • Working on a wide range of CSR initiatives and actions.

The Candidate: 

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a busy environment.
