Our Client, a logistics and transportation company based in North Dublin currently have a vacancy for a Night Data Entry Supervisor.  Own transport is essential for this role.  Hours for the night shift team supervisor are Monday to Friday 1am to 10am shift.

Salary will depend on experience.  Opportunity for growth.  

The Role:  
• Entry of customs information to management system
• Support the data entry team on day to day tasks & requirements
• Develop a good knowledge of key customers requirements
• Daily supervision of the customs team
• Processing data for goods travelling between UK, Ireland and Europe
• Liaising with operational teams to ensure correct information available
• Escalating problems to office manager or department manager where data is missing or incorrect
• Gathering information from customers to ensure adequate information to process customs declarations
• Generate customs reports and paperwork
• Support the office manager and support training of the team as required

The Candidate: 

• Methodical with an excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills in team environment
• Quick and accurate data entry skills
• Proactive communicator in the use of email and phone
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proactive and responsible, taking personal ownership of role
• Fluent English both written and spoken essential
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Experience of Customs procedures and requirements is preferable
