Our client, a large professional services firm has instructed us to recruit a Bid Executive to join their busy team. The role will suit someone who is looking to advance their career in professional services marketing. The role is a permanent role and will come with excellent benefits. Bids and Tenders experience is a plus, but a general marketing background would suffice as support will be provided

Salary: DOE

Duties:

  • Working with the bids team and point people in each department to manage the tender process.
  • Interact with all departments to gather the information needed to put forward successful bids.
  • Finalising layout and formatting of physical and digital bid documents.
  • Keeping track of tender opportunities online.
  • Monitoring the tender tracking tool
  • Involvement in Bid / No Bid decisions.
  • Updating InterAction with client pitch information.
  • Assisting with other marketing admin duties.

Experience:

  • 2 years’ experience in bids / marketing.
  • Experience and knowledge of tenders would be beneficial, but not essential, as training will be provided.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office.
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe suite would be a plus.
  • The ability to work within a team as well as being able to work on your own initiative.
  • Excellent time management / project management skills.
