Legal Administrator-Part-Time

Our Client, based in South Dublin, is hiring a Legal Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis for approx. 15 hours per week. This role would report into the Collections and Admin Manager. Call Emma Skelton on 01 845 6302 for more info.

Salary: DOE 

Duties:

  • Opening and distribution of all post to the Firm on a daily basis.
  • Sorting post at the end of the day.
  • Photocopying and binding documents.
  • Maintain meeting rooms.
  • Greeting visitors who call to the office.
  • Stamping Court documents.
  • Answering and transferring calls to the relevant teams.
  • Assist with any event planning for the Firm.
  • Take overflow calls from the Collections Team.
  • Pricing and ordering of office supplies.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Knowledge & Experience

  • 0-1yr+ previous experience working in a similar role.
  • Strong MS Office skills in particular excel.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good team player
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • A flexible approach to work
