Our Client, a leading professional services firm, is looking to hire a Learning and Development Administrator to join their busy team. This role will be varied, fast paced and offer some room for progression. The team requires someone to help them implement significant strategic change over the next number of years so will provide a great opportunity to be centrally involved and gain that experience. Salary: €37k

Duties to include:

  • Managing the quarterly training schedule including in person and online training.
  • Providing administrative support to the L&D team
  • Booking 3rd party trainers and speakers
  • Managing online/virtual training sessions, hosting and welcoming participants at start of sessions, assisting participants with technical difficulties while on call, recording attendance for CPD purposes.
  • Scheduling and assisting in delivering induction.
  • Assisting with systems training.
  • Daily use of the Learning Management System (LMS);
  • Maintaining all training database/records for CPD purposes.
  • Auditing databases and cleansing data.
  • Maintaining L&D content to ensure the department is offering the best service to the wider company

The Candidate:

  • 2-3 years relevant experience,
  • Experience in professional services a PLUS
  • Experience with MS Office, Zoom, MS Teams
  • Familiarity with CRM & Document Management packages (A Plus)
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Sharepoint
  • Presentation skills
