Our Client, a large corporate based in Dublin City, has instructed Link Personnel to recruit a Knowledge Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of KL&D, while working closely with the KL&D team. This role will have a focus on developing the firm’s knowledge systems solutions. Duties:

• In charge of developing the firm’s knowledge management and ensure detailed plans are followed to implement this strategy.
• To work alongside the I.T department in order to identify any requirements for the firm’s knowledge systems while also developing and maintaining the systems.
• To use know-how solutions across the departments in order to promote the knowledge management agenda and to develop process improvements.
• To work closely with each department in the firm in order to identify knowledge needs, initiatives while also introducing knowledge-based solutions.
• To ensure training is provided across the firm on how to use the firm’s knowledge systems and to develop on-line learning resources in order to support this training.

Experience:

• 3-5years+ experience in a knowledge management or knowledge-based role.
• Previous experience working at Senior level within professional services.
• Strong knowledge of current knowledge systems.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong ability to use own initiative.
• Good attention to detail.
