Our Client, a large corporate based in Dublin City, has instructed Link Personnel to recruit a Learning & Development Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be reporting into the KL&D Manager. For more information, Call Emma Skelton on 01 845 6302.

Salary: to €45K DOE

This is a Brand-New role for the firm with the main responsibilities being to support the maintenance and management of the firm’s knowledge systems as well as managing the daily ongoing operation, administration and maintenance of their Learning Management System.

Duties:

  • To both design and maintain Knowledge pages on the firm’s SharePoint Platform.
  • To upload and review regularly the content on the Knowledge pages to ensure it remains up to date.
  • Prepare any video tutorials, training manuals and FAQs regarding LMS/Knowledge Systems.
  • Conduct course and user management, uploading any new learning content and managing learner enrolments.
  • To provide any training necessary as well as training materials for users of the LMS to help support its adoption across the firm.
  • To ensure the quality of LMS content is maintained by conducting regular reviews of course status and to eliminate any conflicting or redundant content.
  • To maintain scheduled reports in the LMS.
  • To both support and review the development and review of library processes and procedures.
  • Provide admin assistance in regard to library systems.
  • Assist with the uploading of material to knowledge management system.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as an information/system professional.
  • Previous LMS administration experience preferable.
  • Strong working knowledge of SharePoint.
  • Good experience with MS office and basic video/audio software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems.
  • A keen interest in knowledge, learning and development.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Good team player with a strong ability to work to deadlines.
  • Strong attention to details with ability to use own initiative.
