Our Client, based in North County Dublin requires a PA to join their team on a permanent full time basis.

Salary: Depending on Experience

Key duties:

• Travel scheduling
• Diary Management
• Answering emails and call, taking messages
• Ordering supplies
• General admin duties
• Assisting with other general duties if required

The Candidate:

• 2-3 years previous experience as a PA
• Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
• Very organised with good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a timely manner
• Good ability to prioritize workload
