Salary: to €40k DOE

Overall Package :  circa €45k

Duties:

• Advising clients on the drafting of listing particulars documentation (listing application documents) for fund and debt projects for submission to the relevant stock exchange on behalf of clients.
• Advising an international client base in relation to the listing of Irish and offshore domiciled investment funds and debt securities on Euronext Dublin, the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange and the Vienna Stock Exchange.
• Manage billing information.
• Advising clients on listing rules and changes to same on the various exchanges
• Managing client relationships-setting up new clients.
• Ad-hoc work within the team.

Experience:

• Previous experience in the listing industry is not essential.
• Motivated and a keen interest to learn a new skill.
• Have outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
• Have a confident telephone manner.
• Have the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Be self-motivated, analytical and proactive.
