Link Personnel have been given instruction from our client, a Leading Irish, Plumbing & Heating Supplies Company, re a vacancy for an Administrator/Receptionist. Candidates must have a full valid Driver’s Licence to be considered for this position. 

Salary: DOE

The Role: 

  • Managing a busy switch board, transferring calls into their Sales Office.
  • Managing all post for the building.
  • Booking meeting rooms as well as looking after the visitor log.
  • Managing the fire log book.
  • Assisting with HR Admin when needed and completing documentation for new starters.
  • Organising catering.
  • Supporting all departments in an admin capacity.

The Candidate:

  • 1-2 years’ previous work experience within a similar role is required.
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Friendly and proactive communicator
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Energetic & Self Motivated
  • Team Player with a can-do attitude
