Our client, a leading medical device manufacturer, has instructed us to search for a IT Business Partner for a permanent position reporting into the Head of IT.

Duties:

• Point of contact for the LD Instrument Manufacturing site and provide support with any onsite requests.
• Supervise the IT Team.
• Manage all third party infrastructure providers through Service Delivery KPI’s.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal key user and process owners.
• Manage all operational demands and service requests.
• Keep track of response times, user satisfaction levels and liaise with stakeholders.
• Support and manage the IT Team with IT demand and Projects.
• Constant communication of any major IT changes towards key user and end users.

Skills \ Education:

• BA in Computer Science or similar
• 3-5years+ experience in a leadership position
• Project Management experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organisational skills with a good attention to detail
• ITIL Certification or process knowledge is a plus
