Our client, a professional services firm with offices across the world, requires an internal recruiter to assist with their ongoing growth. The role will involve working with a large HR \ Recruitment team as well as partnering with senor staff across departments, to assess staffing needs and fulfil them with the best people available. In order to assist in that endeavour, the internal recruiter will be able to promote an organisation that offers market leading salaries and benefits, has opportunities for growth and that operates within a hybrid working framework

Salary: Open

  • Partnering with senior management throughout the recruitment process.
  • Drafting and advertising job specs and screening CVs
  • Working with outside agencies
  • Maintaining recruitment records.
  • Preparing contracts.
  • Conducting analysis of the hiring process and reporting on same

The Candidate:

  • 3-4 years’ experience in recruitment
  • Experience recruiting in professional services would be a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are essential to ensure that the firm is appropriately promoted to candidates.
