Working with a Leading Professional Services Firm this Information Security and IT Support Analyst Role could be what you’re looking for.

Reporting to the Head of IT, the successful candidate will join a small team that prides itself on quality, great service delivery, and continual service improvement.

This position will be primarily focused on information security; however, the candidate will also help with all other workflows within the IT department.

Salary :  to €60K depending on experience

The Role:

• Vulnerability scanning and remediation.
• Patch management.
• Network monitoring.
• BC and DR planning and testing.
• Client security questionnaires and audits.
• Data Protection impact assessments.
• Help in getting ISO27001 accreditation.
• Develop incident response playbooks.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment within the company.
• Support for internal and remote users. Taking ownership of cases, seeing them through to resolution, and providing a great end user experience.
• Application support for CRM, HR, and matter management solutions.
• Develop and maintain procedures and standards.

The Candidate:

• Have a 3rd level degree and relevant information security experience.
• 2+ years in a cyber security role.
• ISO 27001 Audit process familiarity.
• Working knowledge of industry cybersecurity threats, incident response methodologies.
• Working knowledge of OS, network, and virtualisation remediation.
• Ability to Prioritise problems based on their potential impact to the form.
• Good time management skills and the ability to work on several things at the same time while working to a deadline.
• Complete some out of office hours works when necessary.
