Salary :  to €40K

The Role:

  • Checking emails / instructions from fee earners.
  • Scanning incoming post and capturing same to relevant case management files.
  • Transcribing dictations and selecting priority tasks first.
  • Typing draft letters for fee earners’ review and gathering enclosures.
  • Typing/amending draft documentation in Case Management System.
  • Preparing briefs for court.
  • Scanning bundles of documents e.g., copy title/closing documents.
  • Logging Letters of Undertaking received or given onto the system.
  • Arranging for documents to be sworn by a Commissioner for Oaths/Practising Solicitor.

The Candidate:

  • Previous Litigation experience is essential.
  • Ability to prioritise workload with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience using a case management system.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently to deadlines.
  • Excellent drafting skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and case management.
