Our Client, a large Construction firm based North County Dublin, currently has a vacancy for a HR and Training Administrator.  This is a great opportunity for a graduate with  1 Yr+ experience to gain experience within both HR and Training.  A busy and varied role with a really friendly team!

Salary :  €35k

The Role: 

• Assist with induction / onboarding of new employees.
• Assist with management of HR system ensuring the most accurate and up to date information is always available.
• Management of timesheets to ensure they are returned and processed accurately and on time.
• Co-ordination of Student Placement programme and assisting with College Career Fairs.
• Working alongside the Wellness Committee to ensure the successful implementation of our Wellness Strategy.
• Assists with the planning, organisation and delivery of Companywide training programmes.
• Manages training schedules, registers and databases and maintains current and new accreditations and funding applications.
• Co-ordination of Training Facilities (head office or site based), handouts, training room layout and equipment, food/refreshments, attendance sheets, etc.
• Follow up with evaluation/feedback surveys to measure effectiveness of the Company training programme.
• Assists with the implementation of our online learning platform and other on-line learning tools.

The Candidate:

• Relevant third level qualification, preferably in Human Resource Management.
• Familiar with human resource policies and procedures.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Well organised with good attention to detail.
• A team player with a flexible, positive attitude towards work.
