Our Client, a leading aircraft leasing firm has instructed us to recruit a HR Operations Assistant Manager to join their busy team. The role will report into the HR Operations Manager. The role is a permanent role.

Salary: DOE

Duties:

  • In charge of Payroll-preparing, reviewing and approving monthly payroll as well as managing and responding to employee payroll queries.
  • Point of contact to all employees for Global benefits.
  • Providing monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Continuing with the development and management of their HCM system.
  • Keeping up to date with new policies and procedures to ensure best practice to evolve their own policies.
  • Maintain compliance with both internal and external auditors and all legal requirements.
  • Take the lead on any employee queries and to escalate appropriately.

Experience:

  • 4-5years+ previous experience in a HR Operations role operating at a senior level.
  • Experience implementing a HCM solution.
  • Solid understanding of international payroll and benefits.
  • Good understanding of international varying employment legislation.
  • Previous experience working within a Sox business environment.
  • Excellent communicator with good people skills.
