Our Client a Top Professional Services Firm in Dublin City has instructed Link Personnel on a HR Manager Vacancy.  Reporting to the Management Team this is a busy and varied role and will possibly suit a Senior HR Business Partner/HR Manager with experience in a Standalone role within a Professional environment and looking for that next step!

Salary:  to €80K

The Role: 

  • Provide a full range of effective HR services, to include HR planning to meet business goals, headcount management, on-boarding, performance management, talent management, salary review, bonus processes and administration.
  • Drive and influence delivery of specific business focused HR projects and undertake specific project work.
  • Develop strong relationships with the key stakeholders and challenge / guide to ensure all decision-making processes are consistent within the HR framework and strategic priorities.
  • Ensure best practice is adhered to with policies and procedures and updating and improving the policies as appropriate.
  • Liaise with the Law Society to ensure all legal staff have their Practising certificates and all processes related to progress of trainees through to qualification.
  • Oversee secretarial HR functions.
  • Understand the recruitment needs of the practice and guide and support the recruitment activities including experienced hire recruitment, and trainee/intern recruitment.
  • Provide guidance to all Heads of Department on all aspects of people management and ensure a consistent approach across the practice.
  • Ensure all HR records including contracts, performance reviews are maintained and updated on the HR System.
  • Coordinate and plan all employee engagement initiatives including health and wellness programme Monitor and analyse HR metrics and performance indicators and determine strategic recommendations to take forward to Equity Partners.
  • Ensure all payroll updates are provided to the Finance department in a timely and structured manner.
  • Manage delivery of change programs in support of aligning strategy, people processes and structure Oversee performance management/development process, including talent management to ensure that effective coaching and feedback processes are in place and ensuring that the agreed action plans are implemented.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring compliance.
  • Partner with the employment Partner, as necessary Coach the HR Administrator to assist their professional and personal development Skills and experience required for the position.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan, prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated solid judgement and experiencing assessing risk relative to the business.
  • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business or HR degree preferred.
  • Experience operating at HR Manager/Business Partner in a professional services firm.
