Link Personnel have been given instruction to source a HR Administrator for our client based in Dublin 4. The candidate would be responsible for the day-to-day HR Support covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle within the Firm. This is a temporary position for a week to week basis with an immediate start. 

Salary :  to €32K depending on experience

The Role: 

  • Liaise with Department Managers to compile a Job Spec for each vacancy.
  • Shortlist CV’s for review and assist with interview process.
  • Manage job offers and drafting of contracts.
  • Co-ordinate On-boarding Process.
  • Ad Hoc HR Administration.

The Candidate:

  • HR Graduate or relevant qualification.
  • 1-2 Years HR experience within a busy role
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Good initiative and can-do attitude.
