Link Personnel have been given instruction to source a HR Administrator for a 6 Month Contract based in North County Dublin.  Working within the Supply Chain Sector the ideal candidate with have a relevant HR qualification along with 1-2 years experience. The firm is in the process of hiring additional staff to support key areas within the Business.

Own transport is required as location is not accessible by Public Transport.

Salary :  to €30K depending on experience

The Role: 

  • Liaise with Department Managers to compile a Job Spec for each vacancy.
  • Shortlist CV’s for review and assist with interview process.
  • Manage job offers and drafting of contracts.
  • Co-ordinate On-boarding Process.
  • Ad Hoc HR Administration.

The Candidate:

  • HR Graduate or relevant qualification.
  • 1-2 Years HR experience within a busy role
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Good initiative and can-do attitude.
