Link Personnel have been given instruction to source a HR Administrator in North County Dublin.  Working within the Hospitality Sector the ideal candidate with have a relevant HR qualification along with 1-2 years experience.  This is a varied role in a fast paced environment and is an excellent opportunity to progress HR experience.

The Role:

  • Support the HR Manager in the delivery of the HR agenda for both hotels, ensuring alignment to our core values.
  • Embed and foster a positive culture throughout, where managers and colleagues can freely consult with the HR team, maintaining an ‘open-door’policy.
  • Provide comprehensive HR guidance and support to key stakeholders across the business on issues such as employee relations, recruitment, health and safety, coaching, training and development.
  • Manage key elements of the colleague experience including on-boarding, Induction, on-going development and off-boarding.
  • Support colleagues with general employment queries and employee relation matters in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in conducting investigation, disciplinary and grievance investigations as required.
  • Ensuring all relevant weekly changes to pay are adjusted for the relevant week on Alkimii, our time & attendance system.
  • Ad hoc HR administrative tasks and HR projects as and when required.
  • Any other duties that may be required to support the management team to deliver HR best practice.
  • The successful candidate will be required on occasion to assist with payroll processing therefore, previous experience with Sage Payroll (Micropay) is desirable

The Candidate:

  • A relevant HR qualification with 1-2 years HR experience is desirable.
  • Previous experience in hospitality and/or retail industries would be advantageous.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft office.
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
