The Role:

• Advising and defending on medical negligence claims.
• To both maintain and develop close relations with their clients.
• To be a key component in the promotion of the firm through business development and networking.
• Assist both the associates and partners with the daily running of the office and to oversee the administrative tasks as and when appropriate.
• To handle any confidential information in line with the firm’s data security protocols.

Experience:

• 3-5 years PQE.
• Medical Negligence experience is essential.
• Previous experience using different forms of dispute resolution.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Flexible approach to the implementation of new initiatives.
• Good team player, experience training and supervising less experienced staff members.
• Good communicator with a strong ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
