Our Client, a large corporate based in Dublin City, has instructed Link Personnel to recruit a Graduate Programme Manager to join their team. Duties:

• To manage and develop the company’s Graduate Programme.
• Ensure trainee HR files are kept up to date.
• Liaising with relevant fee earners in relation to feedback on performance and dealing with any issues.
• Organise regular meetings with graduates to help guide them towards areas of the business best suited to them.
• Constantly keeping up with market trends and making any recommendations on improvements to the programme.
• To work alongside the graduate facilitators to discuss the best ways to develop the intake and ensure a consistent experience across all departments.
• Liaise with HR with any matters that arise.
• Monitoring the progress of the future graduates in relation to exam progress etc.
• Keeping in contact with the future graduates regularly with company updates and organising any contact events as appropriate.
• To oversee any annual leave of graduates as well as dealing with any queries they may have.
• Work alongside the Graduate Recruitment Manager during the recruitment periods.

Experience:

• Relevant third level qualification.
• Ability to use own initiative with a hands-on approach.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Previous experience working in professional services environment.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
