GR/IR Project Administrator

Our client, a leading medical device manufacturer, has instructed us to search for a GR/IR Project Administrator. This role with assist with managing and reducing the aged items on the GR/IR. This is an 18-month contract position.

  • Be proactive in researching and resolving legacy GR/IR items.
  • Managing and finding the root to highlight any issues in relation to non receipt and non allocation of good receipts within a timely manner.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvement practices with suppliers.
  • Answering Supplier queries.
  • Supplier account reconciliation  and investigation.
  • Liaising with other departments to help resolve various queries.
  • Ad-hoc duties and projects as required.

Skills \ Education:

  • BA degree is a plus
  • 2+ years’ experience within an Admin/office based role
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Experience in a busy manufacturing or distribution company
  • Experience using general enterprise accounting systems (SAP)
  • Excellent team player
  • Strong problem solving skills and good initiative
  • Good ability to build strong business relationships with supplies
  • Excellent oral communications, writing skills and attention to detail
