Our Client, based in Dublin City, is hiring a Facilities Administrator to join their team. This role would report into the Records Supervisor, assisting with the day to day running of the Facilities Department, and offers an opportunity to work with a global law firm.

  • Manage all archiving retrieval requests using their in-house system and ensure requests are responded within a timely manner.
  • Send and retrieve archived files from both off site storage as well as on site storage.
  • Assist colleagues on archiving processes and timelines.
  • Validate invoices.
  • Assist on all related projects.
  • Maintain stock levels in the office by liaising with their third party stationary provider.
  • Ensure daily checking of print rooms to ensure that they are fully stocked and tidy.
  • Receive and process any stationary requests from across the departments.
  • Liaise with the Reception team to ensure the client area is fully serviced.
  • Prepare welcome packs for new employees.
  • Provide ad-hoc support when necessary.

Knowledge & Experience

  • 1-2years’ previous experience working in a corporate environment.
  • Flexible to work within a shift environment (8.00am to 6.00pm).
  • Good ability to lift and move standard banker boxes and use a trolley.
  • Organised with good attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good team player
  • A flexible approach to work
