The Role:

• Management of diaries, all schedules and liaison with relevant parties
• Management of all phone calls, emails and written correspondence
• Travel arrangements to include flights, itineraries,  accommodation, visa’s, advising of any  innocculation requirements and all correspondence relating to travel
• Maintain good office management to include taking memos and filing all documents once actioned
• Plan, organise and implement events
• Prepare reports, information and research for executive needs

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an PA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good multitasker
• Good time management and prioritisation skills
• Full clean Irish licence
• Ability to travel for work if needed
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment with multiple tasks and projects
• Self starter who is able to work without supervision
