Events Executive – Contract

Our Client, a large corporate based in Dublin City, requires an Events Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will have to opportunity to develop their career within a well-established Marketing team. The role will allow a candidate to be involved in a wide range of Events, both virtual and in-person. The successful candidate will build strong client relationships as well as building brand profile. This is a 16 month contract role. For more information, Call Cormac Spencer on 01 8454651.

Salary: to €48K DOE

Duties:

  • Creating and managing various events and webinars for different departments across the firm.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure top quality events.
  • Building strong relationships with external venues and suppliers.
  • Liaising with the larger marketing team on branding, content, promotion and social media.
  • Budget management for all events.
  • Continuously looking for new events opportunities, guest speakers and event technologies.
  • Event reporting.
  • Providing regular updates to the wider Marketing Team and Senior Management within the Firm.
  • Support with any internal event coordination as required.

Experience:

  • BA in Marketing or related.
  • 3+years Marketing experience ideally within a corporate environment.
  • Excellent ability to deliver complex events, including both virtually and in-person events.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organised and flexible on supporting on multiple projects.
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office-Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc)
