Our Client, a leading professional services organisation has instructed us to recruit a Event Manager for their growing Marketing team. The role will involve lots of interaction with departments across the business. This role offers a great package as well as a position on a growing team within a growing business.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Managing in-person and virtual events while ensuring they run as smoothly as possible and to the highest standards.
  • Assist with organising staff events and internal briefings.
  • Creating, designing and delivering bespoke event collateral by working with both internal and external suppliers.
  • Managing all of the event marketing activity including PR, Digital, Design, Email marketing and advertising.
  • Work alongside the Marketing and BD teams to help support client initiatives.
  • Deliver creative solutions which in turn add value through fit for purpose solutions.

Skills and Experience

  • 5-8years+ Event Management experience, ideally within professional services environment.
  • Strong Project management skills with experience running B2B corporate events.
  • Excellent client management experience.
  • Strong IT & communication skills with good ability to mentor other members of the team.
  • Good ability to work under pressure and deliver excellent client service.
