Digital Marketing Specialist – 12 Month Contract

Link Personnel have been instructed on a digital marketing specialist Vacancy by our client, an international logistics business.  As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be focused on online Marketing, expertly implementing the global marketing strategy for Ireland and the UK.  The Marketing team is mission-critical for the business, and your mission will be to generate qualified leads for your portfolio. You will be an expert advisor on how to best implement the global marketing strategy locally and deliver local tactical activities to drive the country’s ambition too. The majority of your time (80%) will be focused on online b2b Marketing and getting marketing activities done with the support of their new Centre of Excellence. You will report to the Global Marketing Manager and work closely with the international team members of your assigned portfolio.  Call Orla NOW on 01 8456312 to be considered for this role.

Salary:  to €50K, Hybrid Working 

The Role:

  • Plan, implement and optimize effective paid media omnichannel b2b lead generation and awareness campaigns in line with the Global Marketing Plan and local business objectives.
  • Research assigned markets and create a SWOT analysis in collaboration with your stakeholders in the business units.
  • Define target audience persona and identify their respective pain points and their online behavior in order to create best-in-class lead generation marketing tactics.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Creative agencies, the Centre of Excellence and internal stakeholders on the campaign design and its deliverables.
  • Set up respective key KPIs, track, analyze campaign and lead performance and take optimization actions as necessary, such as A/B testing.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis of campaign performance to respective national business or functional units.
  • Keep up to date with current and upcoming marketing developments and trends and share insights.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders at a global, regional, and country level.
  • Enhance the Healthcare and Aerospace portfolio marketing strategy by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

The Candidate:

  •  A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (digital) Marketing or Advertising or Business and at least 5 years of experience in Marketing (digital and traditional) with an interest in logistics.
  • Proven experience with persona creation, b2b lead generation campaign design/implementation, account segmentation.
  • Proven experience in paid media-brief and creative-brief creation; you will have experience of working with Marketing and Creative agencies and budgeting of online campaigns.
  • Confident to work with different stakeholders on strategy, tactics and content.
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis, as well as A/B testing.
  • Extensive omnichannel paid campaign experience, KPIs definition and benchmark understanding.
  • Excellent knowledge of English, speaking and writing.
  • Multi-project and time management skills with flexibility to adapt: we are an international, matrix organization so experience in a large organization would be ideal.
  • Experience working as project manager is a plus.
  • Experience with event organization is a plus.
  • Experience working in an Aerospace or Healthcare company is a plus.
