Link Personnel Services working in conjunction with our client, an International Supply Chain Firm, have a number of vacancies for Data Entry Clerks.  Due to location successful candidates should have their own transport.  These are permanent positions and will suit candidates that have good numeracy skills, great attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.


Key Skills and Requirements:  

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office software packages
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise their own daily workload
  • Deadline Focused
  • Flexible and adaptable


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Data entry of invoices \ spread sheets \ log books.
  • Archiving and physical filing of batches and documents.
  • Solving supplier and costing problems/issues
  • Assistance to the accountants and staff in the department.
  • Adhoc jobs requested by the accounting manager.
  • Working closely with other departments to rectify issues
  • Knowledge in excel or access is an advantage but not a must.
