Our Client, a leading professional services organisation has instructed us to recruit a CRM Manager for their growing Marketing and BD team.  In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the Firm’s CRM and related systems. This role will report into the head of function. The CRM team are a central part of the BD and client relation strategy and this role will be supported by 2 direct reports. The role will involve lots of interaction with departments across the business. This role offers a great package as well as a position on a growing team within a growing business.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Working with senior stakeholders to ensure the inputs to and benefits garnered from the CRM system are optimised.
• Supporting the wider marketing and business development teams in relation to the CRM system.
• Managing and developing the CRM system.
• Ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Managing external suppliers.
• Assisting with training to ensure the success of the system across the business.
• Supporting data audits
• Devise standard protocol for all data additions & edits.
• Assisting with projects from initial concept through to completion, adhering to timelines and budgets;
• Testing and implementation of new applications.
• Ensuring effective record and file keeping is maintained.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience using a CRM system is an absolute MUST.
• Experience working with senior managers in a business.
• Good working knowledge of GDPR.
• Strong IT & communication skills
• People management experience a PLUS.
• Good attention to detail.
