CRM Executive

This CRM Executive role is with a Leading Firm based in Dublin City Centre.  In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the Firm’s CRM and related systems. This role will report into the CRM Manager.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Supports the on-boarding of all new users to the system.
  • Assisting with any queries  relating to CRM Support and escalating to relevant Managers when necessary.
  • Supports BD & Marketing as super user for Marketing Lists.
  • Devises standard protocol for all data additions & edits.
  • Assisting the manager with devising and executing data clean-up plans as required..
  • Maintain effective records and ensure filing system is kept up-to-date.
  • Ensuring Data Quality-carrying out weekly and monthly reviews of data.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience using InterAction.
  • Strong experience training in person and/or virtually.
  • Good working knowledge of GDPR.
  • Strong IT & communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage own workload and work independently.
  • Good attention to detail.
