Our Client, a large professional services firm based in Dublin City is looking for an CRM Executive to join their large team. Salary: €45-50k

  • Administer and keep the Firm’s CRM system clean and up to date, reporting to the BD & Marketing Director.
  • Ensure that the data is accurate & consistent
  • Ensure that the data is cleansed
  • Approval of data changes via CRM ticketing system.
  • Email bounceback management.
  • GDPR processes – new contacts added with sponsorship
  • Oversee the setup and disablement of users (joiners & leavers).
  • CRM error troubleshooting and resolution with CRM vendor.
  • CRM design & layout.
  • Contact research and specific reporting
  • Assist Marketing team with event / ezine lists
  • Provide desk side advanced user training & engagement with Training Dept.
  • Responding to all CRM queries
  • Activity, Referral & Tenders reporting
  • CRM statistic reporting
  • Provide Client reports to Fee Earners
  • Assist with other Client-related projects
  • Improve internal processes to aid business development and marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with IT to help provide better ongoing user support
  • Work closely with Finance to provide client revenue, white space reports.
  • Other related tasks and projects as required

Candidates must have:

  • Excellent eye for detail to ensure absolute data accuracy
  • Proficient in using Excel
  • Proven experience in dealing directly with users
  • Experience with CRM Systems
  • The ability to acquire new skills quickly and to grow and develop this new role
  • Extensive experience of working as a data quality or data steward
  • A flexible approach and willingness to support multiple users in different practice areas

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience of InterAction
  • Knowledge of SQL and SSRS reporting
  • Experience in server management
  • Exposure to Elite (3E)
  • Ability to mine data to produce complex reports.
  • Ability to explain complex processes in user friendly language.
