Link Personnel have been instructed to hire a Credit Controller for our client, a large Professional Services Firm in Dublin 2.  The successful candidate with have responsibility for coordinating the credit control function within a busy department while working closely with the finance team.

Salary:  DOE

Benefits:  Pension, Life Cover, Permanent Health Insurance, Bonus, 23 Days Annual Leave.

The Role:

  • Communicating with clients in a proactive and professional manner
  • Responding to internal and external queries
  • Reviewing debtors with relevant stakeholders and dealing with follow up actions
  • Identifying possible issues or concerns that may impede payment
  • Producing monthly and weekly reporting
  • Assisting with the processing of bills as required
  • Other ad hoc duties and project work as required

The Candidate:

  • You have 2+ years’ experience in a Credit Control environment, ideally within Professional Services.
  • You display an innate flair for detail and accuracy
  • You have a high level of proficiency in MS office suite, in particular Excel
  • You are an interactive team player with a sense of urgency
  • You can accurately provide and analyse reports
  • You use your initiative in decision making
  • You are flexible and able to prioritise competing demands
  • You have strong organisational and communication skills
  • You have the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
