Our Client, a top tier law firm requires a Corporate Receptionist to join their team. Working alongside another corporate receptionist, this role will require someone with excellent client facing skills, strong organisational ability as well as an ability to work with teams in the postroom, catering and elsewhere. Please note, candidates require experience working in a Corporate \ Professional Services company.

The hours for the role are from 08:00 – 16:00 or 10:00 – 18:00 on a shift basis (decided in advance)

Salary: to €35k

Duties:

  • Provide a high level professional client facing service for all clients, staff and visitors to the Firm
  • Arrange taxis, couriers, parking and other such services as required.
  • Manage incoming post, courier and deliveries efficiently.
  • Answer and direct calls at a busy switchboard.
  • Manage the booking of meeting and conference rooms and arrange catering as required.
  • Manage and direct appropriately all ad hoc queries from callers and visitors.
  • General administration duties associated with working on a busy reception desk.
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required.

Skills & Experience:

  • 3-4 years’ experience as a receptionist in a corporate environment.
  • Professional and pleasant business demeanour
  • Organised
  • Ability to work on own initiative and also as part of a team.
  • Respectful of confidential matters.
