The Role: 

The Corporate Administrator will work as part a small team. They will execute their tasks within the guidelines and procedures provided by the company. The successful candidate will receive the requisite Induction Training, with additional training and guidance to be provided by the departmental management team.

The Role:

  • Liaising with the Office Administration Team for the Investor Services Department.
  • Coordination of Document management – including scanning documents, file maintenance and storage (electronic and hard copy), file log maintenance.
  • Client mailings to investors.
  • Managing the bank account reconciliations for Fund accounts, and associated treasury file maintenance.
  • Answering telephone calls and recording messages to pass on to the relevant Investor Services team.
  • Oversight of ad hoc project work.
  • Establishing a good working relationship with the Investor Services team.

The Candidate:  

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail
