Client Relationship Manager Contract – Property

Link Personnel have been instructed by our client, a Property Developer on a Client Relationship Manager Contract vacancy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong aftersales focus and have previously dealt with customers and possess a client facing disposition with an understanding of the property industry and ideally the new homes sector.  Flexibility to travel between sites in North Dublin.  Own transport required which will be covered by travel allowance.

Salary:  to €50K + Mileage allowance

6 Month Contract with a view to permanency.

The Role: 

  • Liaising with customers from when they sign contracts to post move in.
  • Progressing the sale from the snagging process to closing.
  • Liaising with site teams and subcontractors to address issues as they arise.
  • Updating and issuing of handover manuals to owners.
  • Reporting on each sites customer care issues at regular meetings.
  • Co-ordination and handover to end purchasers – keys, heating demo’s etc.
  • Involvement in the legal process to include liaising with our solicitors to progress to sales closings.
  • Ensuring sites and show houses are well presented for viewings and launches.
  • Assist Sales and Marketing Associate Director as needed on special projects.
  • Assist with sales closings and tracking the sales process.
  • Inspecting properties to ensure snagging has been progressed.
  • Arranging house cleaning and inspecting homes before buyers move in.
  • Maintain and update log of all customer interface i.e all calls are logged on our CRM system.
  • Handle miscellaneous assignments as requested by management.
  • Maintain highly organized filing system to capture and report on customers comments and issues raised.

The Candidate: 

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • 2-3 years administrative experience in a property environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of phone and email procedures and etiquette.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to deal with delicate matters/complaints in a professional manner.
  • Strong ability to work independently & ability to research and problem solve.
  • Knowledge of office and accounting procedures.
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Familiarity with facilities operation.
