Salary: to 55k

Duties:

• Managing the onboarding of new client requests from across the firm.
• Managing the anti-money laundering client due diligence and verification processes for a range of clients with various legal structures.
• Escalate any sources of AML risk where required.
• Review all available sources and information service providers for information referencing to client due diligence.
• Liaising directly with clients to ensure all AML documentation is secured.
• Approving AML requirements for various clients types.
• Liaising across all departments to ensure all queries and requests are handled.
• Making recommendations and implementing improvements to existing procedures.
• Assisting with the AML training for staff.

Experience Required:

• 3-4 years+ relevant experience
• Previous experience working in professional services is a plus
• Good experience in managing and training a team
• Knowledge of the latest AML legislation
• Knowledge of AML requirements, systems and procedures
• Excellent analytical skills and good attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and part of a wider team
• Good MS Office skills
