Our Client a Pharma Specialist Firm are hiring a Business Development Executive. This role requires a passionate Sales Executive to support the growth and join the existing Sales and Marketing team. The prime responsibility is to support the Commercial Director with the acquisition of new clients as well as managing and maintaining these relationships.

This role will be working within the UK region and will require travel to the UK once or twice per month. It will also be a fully remote working position.

Salary :  to €55K

The Role: 

  • Develop new leads and prepare necessary info for ongoing sales calls.
  • Identify new opportunities.
  • Liaise with the Finance department for the preparation of project budgets.
  • Meet Sales targets.
  • Attend exhibitions, conferences and trade associations on behalf of the company.
  • Maintain CRM database of potential clients and sales.
  • Attend weekly Sales meetings to review and update info.
  • Assist with the coordination of sales and marketing activities.
  • Resolve any queries or issues in a timely manner.
  • Ad hoc projects as required.

Experience:

  • 3+ years experience working in a similar role is required.
  • Knowledge of the pharma sector is a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain excellent relationships with clients is essential.
  • Previous experience with CRM tools are an advantage.
  • A reliable team player with a commercial awareness.
