Our Client, a well-established firm based in Dublin 2, requires a Bids/Tender Coordinator to join their team for a 12 month FTC. The role will work closely with the Tenders and Business Development Team. For more info, Call Emma on 01 845 6302.

Salary: DOE


  • Compose pitches, tenders, brochures and presentations while ensuring they are fully compliant with client specifications and requirements.
  • Maintaining the development of tender documents and tender library.
  • Assist to the improvement of bid processes and associated best practice.
  • To liaise with solicitors across the Firm daily.

Skills and experience:

  • Good working knowledge of public procurement rules.
  • Strong Microsoft skills in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and InDesign.
  • Experience in managing tender opportunities on etenders from registration to submission.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience.
