Our client, a firm based in Dublin City Centre is looking for a Bid Writer to join their Proposals team. This role will report into the Bid Manager.

  • To coordinate proposal responses by liaising with relevant stakeholders to gather relevant information and content.
  • To liaise with the different departments within the firm in order to create content management plans.
  • Preparation of Tender responses-both content and presentation, collaborating with design teams to format and for visual concepts.
  • Review previous submissions and upload where relevant to the internal content management system.
  • Maintain and frequently update databases regularly.

Skills \ Education:

  • 1-2 years Bids and Tenders experience, ideally within professional services environment.
  • Strong use of own initiative, ability to work away independently.
  • BA degree, with experience in Project Management.
  • Excellent oral communications, writing skills and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, good eye to detail.
