Link Personnel are now looking for a Bid Co-Ordinator!

Our Client, a large Professional Services Firm in Dublin 2, requires a Bid Co-Ordinator to join its Business Development & Marketing team. In this permanent role the successful candidate will assist the Bid Manager in all duties below. Experience with bids \ tenders is a MUST.

Salary: to €45k

Location: Dublin 2 (accessible by all forms of public transport)


  • To assist with the bid qualification process for new opportunities.
  • Assist the Bid Manager on pitch strategy, including determining and challenging decisions to pitch or not.
  • Document production including assisting with developing key messages and writing content.
  • Contribute to new projects, systems, software and processes to make pitching and tendering more efficient and effective.
  • Attending post tender feedback meetings.
  • Other ad hoc duties.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have previous project management, organisation and administration skills.
  • Have experience working in a Professional Services Firm.
  • Be able to work to deadlines, assist with multiple projects and deliver under pressure.
  • Have excellent attention to detail as well as strong presentation skills.
